Very Disappointed
This pan worked great at first, but after about a month of almost daily use it was no longer non-stick.
Same results for me. It is building up a hard burned coating that is impossible to remove. Reminds me of cast iron. Will search further to find a solution.

I thought it was just me….
Glad to read others’ reviews so now I know it’s not just me. I make no claims to be a chef – just a basic home cook. Got this pan (and 10″) to replace Teflon pans.
