		<description>Again, I have to disagree. I think that iceberg lettuce is a better source of protein than fish and chicken. Why? Because the protein in lettuce was not once part of a sentient being. A being that more likely than not, was forced to lead a very unnatural and painful existence before its untimely death to provide us with &quot;a good source of protein.&quot;  You said it yourself, among many other foods, beans and nuts are rich in protein. Why eat meat then...?</description>

I also agree that most of the info I have mentioned is based on hypothesis&#039;s however I don&#039;t think it should be discarded solely because they have not found concrete evidence. There is a release of insulin via the cephalic phase but unfortunately at this point it is not clear if it is benign or could cause problems. The truth is there is a positive correlation that people who consume diet soda gain weight.</description>
